What To Know For Your Planting Event
- All attendees must complete the Participant Waiver Form and submit it before or at the event.
- Download your agenda to see what you need for the planting event.
- Ensure your team is briefed on the event schedule and prepared for the day’s activities.
- Plan to arrive early for orientation and welcome briefing.
- Project Forest will be supplying gloves, hats and all other planting equipment.

Step 1: Click on the waiver link.
Step 2: Fill it out.
Step 3: Submit waiver.
Step 4: Submit dietary restrictions.

Check your confirmed event date and time in your partnership confirmation email.
Location:
Location, directions and parking information will be provided in the Info Pack.
Event Day Highlights
- Guided planting activities with experts.
- Catering and refreshments.
- Professional event photography to capture priceless moments and share your impact story.
Recommended Kit List
- Waterproof/resistant boots with ankle protection and sturdy soles.
- The site is generally dry if there has not been any rain, however the ground can be uneven and quite tough to navigate in a simple pair of sneakers.
- Dress for the weather – this is an all-weather event!
- Long-sleeved shirts and long pants are recommended but not required.
- Waterproof jacket.
- Warm layers, to have in case necessary.
- Sunglasses or eye protection should be worn when planting.
- Bug spray (mosquito and tick)
- Sun protection! There is no cover/shade on site.
- Plenty of sunscreen for your face and body
- Project Forest ballcaps will be provided
- Personal water bottle, although we will have additional water on site as well.
- Project Forest will provide lunch and drinks for your event.
