1. PHOTO CONSENT AND RELEASE

I grant Project Forest and its affiliates the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, and publish photographs, video, and audio recordings of me, in any form or media, for any lawful purpose, including advertising and promotion. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or its use, and I assign all rights, including copyright and moral rights, to Project Forest in perpetuity. I release Project Forest from any claims related to the use of these materials.

2. ACTIVITY RISK WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By signing this document, you waive certain legal rights, including the right to sue. 
Please read carefully!

•	I acknowledge that participation in the Event involves risks, including property damage, personal injury, illness, or death. I freely and voluntarily accept all such risks, including those arising from the negligence of Project Forest.
•	I confirm that I am physically and mentally fit to participate in the Event. I have no medical conditions that would prevent my participation. If required, I will obtain medical clearance.
•	In consideration of being permitted to participate, I release and forever discharge Project Forest Ltd., Tree Time Services Inc., their officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from any loss, injury, illness, or death sustained during or as a result of my participation, including claims arising from negligence.
•	I agree not to sue Project Forest or its affiliates for any such claims and to indemnify and hold them harmless from any claims arising from my participation.
•	I understand that signing this Waiver is a condition of participation and that I have had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice.

3. GENERAL TERMS

•	This Waiver is binding on me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
•	This Waiver is governed by the laws of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
•	The signer of this waiver understands and agrees that this electronic signature shall be viewed at law as having the same legal effect as if they gave their actual physical signature.
•	This Waiver contains the entire agreement between the parties regarding the matters herein and supersedes all prior agreements.
•	If any part of this Waiver is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
